Filling Set-up Sr. Technician, Operations (2nd Shift) - Onsite

Role: Sterile Filling Set-up Technician supporting GMP drug product manufacturing in a biopharma environment. Responsibilities: perform hands-on sterile filling, lyophilization, and capping; set up and troubleshoot filling equipment; operate complex isolators and automated systems; ensure GMP compliance with strict documentation; support environmental sampling and cleanroom protocols; collaborate with formulation, engineering, quality, and safety teams; participate in equipment commissioning and continuous improvement. Requirements: high school diploma or technical associate degree; minimum 2 years experience with complex manufacturing equipment, preferably in regulated pharma or biotech; proficiency with GMP procedures, electronic systems (e.g., SAP, PAS-X), and automated equipment; ability to lift 50 lbs, gown in aseptic conditions, and work overtime as needed. Preferred: experience with aseptic filling, isolators, vision systems, and automation-heavy environments; biowork certification or related technical training.
