Fill/Finish Associate (Internal Fill/Finish MFG)

Role: Fill/Finish Associate supporting drug product manufacturing for parenteral biologics at Regeneron. Objectives: ensure aseptic filling, assembly, labeling, and packaging of biologics meet quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities: operate automated aseptic filling equipment, perform equipment changeovers, maintain cleanroom protocols, monitor process controls, document GMP data per ALCOA principles, and support environmental monitoring and process improvements. Requirements: HS diploma or higher in Life Sciences or related field; relevant experience level determined by qualifications. Preferred: familiarity with GMP environments, cleanroom gowning, and aseptic processes. High-Value: biologics, parenteral formulations, aseptic filling, cGMP compliance, process documentation, and electronic systems (MES, LIMS). Role involves physical requirements including gowning, cleanroom conduct, and manual handling; shifts support 24/7 production in Rensselaer, NY, with occasional travel and on-call duties.
