Role: Field Service Engineer/Technical Service Specialist supporting laboratory instrumentation at Labcorp's Toxicology team. Responsibilities: perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs on LC-MS/MS and robotic liquid handling systems (Waters Acquity UHPLC, Sciex triple quadrupole MS, Hamilton STAR); collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure instrument uptime; maintain accurate documentation; assist laboratory staff with equipment operation and troubleshooting; contribute to process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, or Engineering; 4+ years lab experience with LC-MS/MS analysis; strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills; excellent communication and independent work capabilities. Preferred: 2+ years experience with SCIEX Analyst, SCIEX OS, Waters Acquity software. High-Value: expertise in analytical instrumentation, GxP environment, laboratory support, and troubleshooting in a regulated setting. Work setup: on-site in Raritan, NJ, with some overtime; Monday–Friday schedule.
