Field Service Engineer I, Invasive Cardiology – 2nd Shift

Role: Invasive Cardiology Field Engineer responsible for preventative maintenance, equipment installation assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support within hospital settings. Objectives include ensuring equipment functionality, customer satisfaction, and promoting value-added services. Responsibilities encompass on-time maintenance, basic problem resolution, effective communication with customers and teammates, managing service records, and supporting sales and revenue initiatives. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; military equivalent, or 4+ years experience servicing electronic/mechanical equipment; proficiency with web and Microsoft applications; valid driver's license; ability to work onsite across Orlando, Tampa, and Port St Lucie; and willingness for after-hours and weekend work. Preferred: Networking experience and IT certifications.
