Field Service Engineer I

Role: Field Service Engineer I responsible for on-site repair and preventative maintenance of Integra ENT & Surgical equipment. Objectives include ensuring equipment functionality, supporting customer relationships, and maintaining service records. Responsibilities: perform repairs, evaluations, and documentation; manage parts inventory; collaborate with sales teams; and adhere to quality and safety standards. Requirements: minimum 2-year degree in electronics, biomedical tech or related field; 2-5 years of experience in medical equipment service; strong troubleshooting skills; excellent communication; proficiency with electronic tools and Oracle systems preferred. High-Value: medical device repair (ENT/surgical), electronic troubleshooting, GxP/QSR compliance, regional travel up to 85% across PA, NJ, and eastern seaboard. Work setup: field-based, regional travel.
