Field Service Engineer

Role: Field Service Engineer supporting Agilent's life science instruments, primarily in analytical chemistry (LC) within pharma/biopharma GMP environments. Responsibilities: install, optimize, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hardware/software/network systems at customer sites; advise on preventive maintenance and configurations; provide limited application support; deliver technical training; collaborate with internal teams on customer concerns. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields; 2+ years' experience with analytical instrumentation (LC preferred); familiarity with GMP/GLP environments; experience with Agilent or Waters instruments desirable; strong troubleshooting, customer service, solutions orientation; valid driver's license. Preferred: experience in pharma/biopharma, GMP/GLP, dissolution, spectroscopy. High-Value: analytical chemistry, LC, pharma/Bio-pharma, GMP, customer support, extensive travel (up to 50%), territory: NJ, NY, CT; onsite with potential for company vehicle or mileage reimbursement. Work setup: full-time, day shift, with extensive travel.
