Field Service Engineer

Role: Field Service Engineer supporting security and detection systems, primarily in aviation and airport environments. Objectives include on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities encompass diagnosing issues, advising on preventive measures, delivering integrated solutions, managing escalations, and collaborating with support, sales, marketing, and R&D teams. May include on-site calibration and technical training. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in physical sciences, engineering, or equivalent experience; 4+ years in service or technical roles; ability to obtain security clearance and passport; US driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 75% overnight; spectroscopy experience preferred. Work setup: full-time, remote options, Atlanta-based with extensive travel. Compensation: $43.12–$67.37/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits.
