Field Service Engineer

Role: Field Service Engineer supporting security and detection systems in non-laboratory environments, primarily airports and aviation. Responsibilities: on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems; ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support, diagnostics, and configuration advice; collaborate with internal teams on technical issues and escalations; may deliver technical training and calibration services. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in physical science, engineering, or equivalent; 4+ years in a technical or customer-facing field role; ability to obtain security clearance and valid passport; US driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 75% overnight. Preferred: spectroscopy experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, compliance with quality standards, and adaptability to remote work. Work setup: full-time, remote-compatible, Denver-based, with substantial travel.
