Field Service Engineer

Role: Field Service Engineer supporting Agilent’s Molecular Diagnostic and Bio-Molecular systems, focusing on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory instruments. Responsibilities: perform on-site hardware/software setup, optimize system performance, conduct preventive and emergency repairs, provide customer training, ensure compliance, document activities in SAP, and collaborate with sales and product teams. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, 2+ years in a similar role or with cell-based assays/biological automation, troubleshooting skills, clear communication, valid driver’s license.
