Field Service Engineer 2

Role: Field Service Engineer 2 responsible for preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of medical imaging equipment within hospitals in the Maryland, DC, and Northern VA areas. Objectives include ensuring optimal operation of imaging modalities such as Ultrasound, X-Ray, and vascular systems to support healthcare delivery. Responsibilities involve maintaining customer relationships, adhering to compliance and documentation standards, and managing parts logistics. Requirements: Associates or higher degree, or military education, with 6+ years servicing electrical equipment; 2+ years relevant experience; valid U.S. driver's license; and ability to perform physical duties. Preferred skills include experience with ultrasound, X-Ray, or vascular imaging modalities, and flexibility for after-hours or on-call work. High-Value: servicing imaging modalities in healthcare, field-based technical roles, compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and ability to work across hospital environments. Collaboration involves internal teams and external healthcare customers. Work setup is remote with company-provided vehicle and relocation support; travel within assigned geographic area.
