Objectives include ensuring service excellence, customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth through proactive communication and potential sales leads. Core responsibilities involve completing maintenance and service tasks accurately and on time, assisting with equipment installations, collaborating with experienced engineers, communicating effectively with customers, maintaining service records, and adhering to escalation processes. Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent military experience with 4+ years in electronic equipment servicing, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience. Technical skills in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of vascular equipment are required, along with a valid driver’s license and proficiency in web and Microsoft applications. The role demands physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs., work in various physical positions, and work after hours or on a rotating on-call schedule. Preferred candidates will have strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate physical dexterity. The position is remote, with on-site visits in Salt Lake City, requiring flexibility for after-hours work and occasional travel.
