Role: Field Engineer 2 responsible for preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment within hospitals or healthcare systems to ensure optimal patient care. Responsibilities: perform timely equipment servicing, maintain customer relationships through effective communication, adhere to company and hospital protocols, and document all work including parts used. Requirements: associates or bachelor's degree (or equivalent military experience) with a minimum of 3 years (or 6 years with high school diploma) of medical equipment service experience; valid driver's license; ability to work after-hours and on-call, including weekends; legal authorization to work in the U.S. Physical: capable of lifting up to 35 lbs., with good dexterity and vision. High-Value: service of medical equipment in hospital settings, onsite customer support, physical agility, and compliance with healthcare standards. WorkSetup: onsite at customer locations in Mobile, AL, with occasional remote work; local mobility required.
