Field Service Engineer 2

Role: Field Service Engineer 2 responsible for preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of medical imaging equipment within healthcare facilities in the Maryland, DC, and Northern VA areas. Objectives: ensure optimal operation of imaging modalities like ultrasound, X-ray, and vascular systems to support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: perform timely service, maintain customer relationships, adhere to regulatory and hospital protocols, document work and parts used. Qualifications: associates or higher degree, or high school diploma with 6+ years experience servicing electrical equipment; 2+ years relevant experience; valid driver’s license; US work authorization. Preferred Skills: ability to lift 35 lbs, work after-hours or on-call, strong communication skills, and experience with imaging modalities. High-Value: servicing imaging modalities (ultrasound, X-ray, vascular), hospital environments, remote work with relocation support, company vehicle provided, first shift, and potential for travel.
