Role: Field Service Engineer 1 focusing on preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment. Objectives include delivering timely, accurate service to ensure customer satisfaction and support operational efficiency. Responsibilities: perform preventive maintenance and assist in equipment installation; troubleshoot and repair basic issues; communicate effectively with customers and internal teams; maintain service logs, manage parts, and escalate issues as needed; promote revenue opportunities through account engagement.
