Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Service Engineer I responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment installation, testing, and customer handoff for X-Ray and Ultrasound systems across Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg. Objectives include ensuring on-time service delivery, driving customer satisfaction through service excellence, and supporting revenue growth through customer engagement and sales lead identification. Responsibilities encompass performing scheduled maintenance, installations, documentation, effective communication with customers and teammates, and maintaining administrative records. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or military/experience equivalent; plus 4+ years servicing electronic equipment if high school diploma. Technical proficiency in Web applications, Microsoft Office, and willingness to support flexible schedules. Preferred: knowledge of XR/UL preventive maintenance. High-value: biomed service, cross-modal equipment, customer support, and sales collaboration. Work setup: field-based with travel, physical requirements include lifting up to 35 lbs., and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
