Role: Field Service Engineer 1 supporting Invasive and Diagnostic Cardiology in Louisville, KY, focusing on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of electro-mechanical medical equipment. Responsibilities: execute timely PMs, assist with equipment installation, collaborate with experienced engineers, communicate effectively with customers, and support service and sales activities. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; military education or 2+ years post-high school experience servicing electronic/electromechanical devices; proficiency with web and Microsoft tools; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel. Preferred: technical experience in Invasive/Diagnostic Cardiology modalities. High-Value: cardiology devices, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, GxP compliance, customer satisfaction, and support of service excellence in a healthcare setting. Work setup: on-site, five 8-hour shifts, requiring physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs; travel for training; US work authorization. Compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards essential.
