Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Service Engineer focusing on maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment within healthcare settings. Responsibilities: perform preventative maintenance, ensure equipment functionality, maintain customer relationships, adhere to hospital and company protocols, and document work including parts used. Requirements: associate's or bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related; military experience or equivalent; or high school diploma with 4+ years of electronic equipment service experience. Must lift 35 lbs, be physically dexterous, and available for after-hours and rotating on-call shifts, including weekends. Preferred: willingness to work 2nd shift.
