Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Service Engineer I performing preventative maintenance and installation of X-Ray and Ultrasound systems within the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg regions. Responsibilities: conduct scheduled PMs, install and test equipment, communicate effectively with customers and teammates, document activities, and promote customer satisfaction through service excellence; engage in account management, identify sales opportunities, and stay informed on market trends. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering or related field, military experience, or 4+ years servicing electronic equipment; proficient in Web and MS Office applications; valid driver's license; flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends; background check and immunization compliance. Preferred: technical skills in XR/UL preventive maintenance. High-Value: biomedical equipment service, clinical modality (X-Ray, Ultrasound), customer engagement, regional travel. Work setup: field-based with potential relocation support; physical ability to carry weights up to 35 lbs., perform physical tasks, and visual acuity for detailed inspections.
