Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Service Engineer 1 supporting CT and MR equipment in the Northeast Ohio/Cleveland region. Objectives include performing preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting equipment installations to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: complete on-time preventive and corrective maintenance, assist with installations, communicate effectively with customers and team members, manage administrative tasks, escalate issues as needed, and promote service and revenue opportunities. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent military training; 2+ years servicing electronic or electro-mechanical equipment; experience with Web and Microsoft tools; valid driver's license; willingness to travel; legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred: technical skills in CT and/or MR modalities. High-value specifics: support for diagnostic imaging modalities, primarily CT and MR, with a focus on service excellence and customer relationship development in a medical environment. Work setup: second shift, onsite in Cleveland, Ohio; physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with equipment servicing.
