Field Service Engineer 1

Role: Field Engineer I providing onsite preventative maintenance and support for medical equipment in the Lubbock and Midland, TX areas, focusing on equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Responsibilities: perform accurate PMs, assist with installations, troubleshoot basic issues, communicate effectively with customers and team members, maintain service records, and support sales and customer satisfaction initiatives. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; military experience, or 4+ years servicing electronic equipment; valid driver's license; proficiency with web applications and Microsoft Office; ability to work after hours and weekends as needed; legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass background checks. High-value biopharma specifics: support of medical equipment (likely diagnostic or clinical devices) in healthcare settings, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Work setup: onsite field role with a company car, covering multiple customer locations, with physical requirements including lifting up to 35 lbs and ability to perform various physical tasks; travel and after-hours work expected.
