Role: Field Service Engineer I supporting CT and Nuclear Medicine equipment in Connecticut and Western MA, primarily focusing on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. Responsibilities: perform timely PMs, assist with equipment installations, troubleshoot, communicate effectively with customers, and support sales and revenue initiatives. Requirements: associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, military experience, or equivalent; experience with electronic/electromechanical servicing; proficiency in web and Microsoft applications; valid driver's license; willingness to travel. Preferred qualifications: technical expertise in CT/Nuclear Medicine modalities. High-value: support of biopharma-related medical imaging equipment, technical troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, service excellence, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Work setup: field-based in the specified region, with physical ability to lift and work in various postures; physical fitness and dexterity required.
