Objectives include performing preventative maintenance, assisting with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment uptime. Responsibilities encompass accurate service documentation, effective communication with customers and team members, and participation in sales and revenue initiatives. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, military experience, or 2+ years servicing electronic medical equipment; proficiency with web and Microsoft applications; valid driver's license; willingness for after-hours work and on-call rotations. High-value specifics: experience with imaging modalities, healthcare environment familiarity, physical ability for equipment handling, and compliance with access/security policies. Preferred: prior imaging equipment experience and healthcare setting background. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, customer relationship management, and adherence to GxP, safety, and regulatory standards, with physical demands including lifting up to 35 lbs and various movement requirements. Work setup includes on-site work with potential for relocation assistance.
