Field Scientific Associate Director (FSAD), US Medical Next Gen Immunology Franchise
Main Job Responsibilities
- Execute Next Gen Immunology cross-portfolio engagement plans with field and HQ partners to inform US medical priorities and support launch readiness for first/best-in-class therapies.
- Use CRM insights/reports to prioritize initiatives, plan engagements, and tailor content; apply Sanofiโs Scientific Engagement Model (SEM).
- Gather, collate, and disseminate cross-TA clinical insights; translate patterns into recommendations for the Franchise team.
- Deploy innovative digital channels to expand reach, enhance scientific depth, and improve HCP engagement continuity.
- Build advocacy and prepare the launch landscape through engagement with key decision-makers and experts.
- Contribute to US medical plans; adapt/create field scientific materials (MMRC-reviewed); support advisory activities; coordinate congress execution.
- Champion cross-TA field innovation and field excellence initiatives (KOLs, high-burden HCPs, APPs) to differentiate medical education.
- Develop and manage educational content and programs across TAs; track education metrics (reach, quality, impact) using CRM/analytics to improve programming.
- Implement medical modernization initiatives, including digital and AI tools for US field teams.
- Serve as an AI champion across TAs; drive digital initiatives, enhance online presence, streamline communication, and amplify educational impact.
- Ensure glocal strategic alignment with Global Medical stakeholders.
- Operationalize omnichannel strategies using digital/AI tools to synergize efforts and reduce duplication across Specialty Care Medical.
- Support MSL content/resource development and management with internal work teams.
- Develop, implement, and manage analytical reports on the impact of educational resources.
- Manage global hub resources for projects and content creation.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (PharmD, MD, PhD, or advanced healthcare degree in life sciences).
- 5+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience.
- Medical Affairs experience focused on Immunology therapeutic areas.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing medical education programs.
- Ability to operate in highly matrixed, cross-functional therapeutic area (TA) environments.
- Proficiency with analytics dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Experience with AI-enabled platforms and digital health technologies.
