Discover Your Role
- Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations as a process and payer subject matter expert to support the healthcare provider segment.
- Execute strategic tactical plans for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives based on product/account needs in the defined customer market.
- Execute against established performance parameters.
- Partner with REGN and Sanofi District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, other Field Reimbursement Managers, and Access/Marketing/Access teams to ensure coverage and customer knowledge of access processes and patient services within defined accounts.
- Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices on coverage of Alliance products and streamline access and specialty pharmacy processes.
- Maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including specialty pharmacy and utilization management criteria.
- Build relationships with targeted healthcare provider offices to help resolve payer coverage issues while complying with Regeneron policies, processes, and SOPs.
This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 5 years in pharmaceuticals and/or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics in a matrix environment, including 2 years reimbursement experience.
- Experience with specialty pharmacy network-delivered products (critical).
- Knowledge of CMS policies and expertise in Medicare Part D (pharmacy benefit design and coverage policy).
- Ability to provide field insights for market access materials.
- Ability to maintain training/knowledge as an industry expert on access and reimbursement across Alliance therapeutic areas and future product markets.
- Live within the territory including Knoxville, TN; Chattanooga, TN; and Johnson City, TN.
