Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) โ Pacific Northwest (customer-facing role supporting reimbursement for providers and patients within a geographic region after receipt of a product prescription by the HUB; provides education on access services and reimbursement solutions).
Responsibilities:
- Execute a regional strategic plan with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., HUB/call center, market access, field partners).
- After prescription submission, provide HCP office education on formulary/utilization management, insurance forms/procedures, codes, benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals, and claims resolution.
- Educate offices on compliant requirements to obtain insurance authorization and/or reimbursement.
- Educate physician office staff on use of patient support services using approved materials.
- Manage daily activities supporting patient access; act as an extension of the HUB and provide in-person visits.
- Conduct activities compliantly within defined Rules of Engagement and other guidance.
- Participate in meetings as appropriate; input call activity into CRM.
- Review specific patient case information compliantly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business or related discipline required; Masterโs degree or higher preferred.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement or access experience in limited distribution models (rare disease/complex specialty product launches preferred).
- Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment.
- Experience in reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs.
- Experience coordinating patient/provider support (specialty pharmacy, HUB, reimbursement services).
- Experience handling PHI per company policies.
- Must live in assigned coverage area (preference: Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA).
