The Field Reimbursement Manager is a front-line member of the Neurology Field team supporting the successful launch and adoption of an HCP-administered rare disease therapy. Serves as a reimbursement and access expert across buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, and alternate sites of care, supporting providers throughout the reimbursement cycle (coverage, coding, product acquisition, patient support services, and site-of-care decision making) to enable sustained patient access.

Discover Your Role
- Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans to support product launch and optimize site of care.
- Educate accounts on patient support services and collaborate with Patient Services for patient onboarding and ongoing treatment.
- Build relationships with Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors, and Medical to align access strategy and remove barriers to therapy initiation.
- Ensure consistent, accurate REMS communication and field execution.
- Coordinate between provider offices, specialty pharmacy, and infusion sites.
- Guide HCPs in resolving access challenges (prior authorizations, denials, appeals, payer site-of-care restrictions) per company policies.
- Anticipate and adapt to evolving launch dynamics, payer policies, and distribution pathway changes.
- Manage territory coverage with strong planning and time management.
- Establish relationships with access champions to support access readiness and therapy delivery.
- Proactively update accounts on payer policy evolution, coding updates (e.g., J-code progression), and site-of-care management.

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in biopharma reimbursement, market access, or field-based access (matrix environment); at least 2 years direct reimbursement experience for medical benefit therapies (buy & bill preferred).
- Experience across buy & bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.
- Rare disease and product launch experience strongly preferred.
