The Immunology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a specialized in-office resource for healthcare providers (HCPs) in a designated territory. The FRM addresses patient access and reimbursement inquiries related to AbbVie’s immunology portfolio, providing expertise on coverage, reimbursement challenges, and AbbVie support tools, and educating on prescription status, program eligibility, and payer processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate HCPs (including bio coordinators/office staff) on AbbVie patient support programs, access and reimbursement tools/services.
- Educate on product acquisition options (specialty pharmacy networks, specialty distribution).
- Provide resources/strategies to address patient access issues.
- Provide localized expertise on national/regional payer policies (coding updates, claims submission methodology).
- Coordinate with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement Support Center to relay prescription status and eligibility updates.
- Report payer trends for approved products to Patient Services and Market Access.
- Build and maintain provider relationships in the assigned territory.
- Maintain knowledge of managed care, reimbursement, and policy trends.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in immunology, or access and reimbursement with expertise in market access and payer account management.
- Strong territory/strategic account management skills.
- Proven leadership record in current role.
- Functional knowledge of access and reimbursement support service centers.
- Excellent oral/written/presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical coding/billing requirements across care settings (Medicare Parts A, B, C, D).
- Understanding of rules/regulations/risks for reimbursement support services.
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and lead without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to drive (personal or company vehicle/equipment).
- Valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
