The Immunology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a specialized in-office resource for healthcare providers (HCPs) within a designated geographic territory. The FRM addresses patient access and reimbursement inquiries related to AbbVie’s immunology portfolio, including coverage and utilization of support tools, and education on prescription status, program eligibility, and payer processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate HCPs and office staff on AbbVie patient support programs (access/reimbursement tools and services).
- Educate on product acquisition options (specialty pharmacy networks and specialty distribution).
- Educate on resources and strategies to address patient access issues.
- Provide localized expertise on national/regional payer policies, including coding changes and claims submission.
- Coordinate with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement Support Center on prescription status and eligibility updates.
- Report payer trends for approved products to Patient Services and Market Access.
- Establish and maintain provider relationships in the assigned territory.
- Maintain knowledge of managed care, reimbursement, and policy trends.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in immunology, or access/reimbursement with market access and payer account management expertise.
- Territory and strategic account management abilities; leadership record.
- Functional knowledge of access/reimbursement support service centers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical coding/billing requirements across Medicare A, B, C, D (and associated reimbursement dynamics).
- Understanding of rules/regulations/risks for reimbursement support services.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to drive personal auto/company vehicle or powered material handling equipment; valid driver’s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
