Field Reimbursement Manager

- Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations to serve as process and payer subject matter expert; complete a strategic/tactical plan for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives for assigned products and accounts.
- Monitor performance against established parameters and collaborate with District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, other Field Reimbursement Managers, Reimbursement, Marketing and Access teams for efficient coverage and customer knowledge in assigned accounts.
- Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices on coverage of Alliance products and streamline coverage and specialty pharmacy processes to acquire Alliance products.
- Establish and maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including specialty pharmacy and utilization management criteria for assigned products.
This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics in a matrix environment, including 2 years reimbursement experience.
- Biologic expertise (Specialty Pharmacy/Buy & Bill).
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate across multiple regions via different mediums.
- Proven ability to get results through activity; meet expectations of internal and external customers.
