The Immunology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is an in-office resource for healthcare providers (HCPs) within a designated territory, addressing patient access and reimbursement inquiries for AbbVie’s immunology portfolio. Provides expertise on coverage and reimbursement challenges, utilization management, and use of AbbVie support tools; educates on prescription status, program eligibility, and payer processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate HCPs (including bio coordinators/office staff) on AbbVie patient support programs, access and reimbursement tools/services.
- Educate on product acquisition options (specialty pharmacy networks, specialty distribution, bagging).
- Provide resources/strategies to address patient access issues.
- Deliver localized expertise on payer policies, utilization management criteria, medical billing/coding updates, and medical benefit claims submission.
- Coordinate with AbbVie Access & Reimbursement Support Center to relay prescription status and eligibility updates.
- Report payer trends for approved products to Patient Services and Market Access teams.
- Build/maintain provider relationships in the assigned territory.
- Maintain knowledge of managed care, reimbursement, and policy trends.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in immunology, or access/reimbursement with market access and payer account management expertise.
- Specialty biologics drug acquisition/dispensing expertise (Buy and Bill, reimbursement analysis, specialty pharmacies/distributors).
- Strong territory/account management skills; leadership record.
- Functional access & reimbursement support center knowledge.
- Excellent oral/written/presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate coding/billing requirements at national/regional levels across Medicare Parts A/B/C/D.
- Understanding of reimbursement support service rules/risks; ability to work without authority.
- Grade 18–19 (based on experience/skills); Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening; drive personal/company vehicle or powered equipment.
