Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (Remote; Columbus, OH)
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations as a process and payer subject matter expert to support the healthcare provider segment.
- Develop strategic tactical plans to execute Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives for defined products and accounts.
- Meet and monitor performance against established parameters; collaborate with District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, other Field Reimbursement Managers, Reimbursement, Marketing, and Access teams to ensure coverage and customer knowledge of access processes and REGN patient services.
- Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices on coverage for Alliance products and streamline specialty pharmacy processes to acquire Alliance products.
- Establish and maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for assigned products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of pharmaceutical and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics experience in a matrix environment, including 2 years of reimbursement experience.
- Biologic expertise (Specialty Pharmacy/Buy & Bill).
