Market Access
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit.
- Be point of contact for Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Services) and collaborate cross-functionally to support Dupixent pull-through efforts.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes; support reimbursement via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of the payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build strong relationships with key customer segments (internal/external); partner with Alliance colleagues to promote respect and customer focus.
- Develop relationships with state societies/associations/advocacy groups to support patient access and awareness.
- Conduct HCP office visits as needed; problem-solve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
- Compliantly reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate for patients prescribed Dupixent.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant experience.
- Prior experience in specialty biologics and/or specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, and/or Market Access preferred.
- Ability to travel as necessary (~50%).
- Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment.
- Strong interpersonal, strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage conflict.
- Ability to achieve/maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulatory/legal requirements; valid driver’s license.
