Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Houston East, TX

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
- Act as point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay); communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts as appropriate.
- Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes; provide reimbursement support via Dupixent MyWay, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
- Maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build positive working relationships with key customer segments (internal and external); partner with Alliance colleagues to foster respect and customer focus.
- Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and raise awareness.
- Conduct HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through and problem-solve escalated issues as a HIPAA-compliant contact.
- Compliantly work to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate for patients prescribed Dupixent.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required (life science or business preferred); MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5+ yearsโ experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry; Dermatology or respiratory and/or Market Access experience a plus.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as needed (additional travel within assigned geography).
- Proven cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment; co-promotion experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and relationship building.
- Ability to adapt in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable Sanofi-Genzyme policies/procedures and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Valid driverโs license.
