Responsibilities
- Assist HCP offices with reimbursement processes: missing info, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and product fulfillment via specialty pharmacies (SPs).
- Coordinate with the Corcept HUB to resolve patient access barriers (e.g., delayed/cancelled/discontinued enrollments).
- Facilitate patient access by coordinating with SPs, HUB case managers, payers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct in-services/education with HCP staff on the access pathway, patient support, HUB, and SP network; serve as territory access/reimbursement resource.
- Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists on account strategy; participate in territory/national calls; provide feedback to Market Access/National Accounts on access trends and payer policy shifts.
- Manage territory: balance in-field/virtual case management; analyze territory data for access barriers and create action plans; track patients from enrollment through fulfillment and therapy continuation.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Proficiencies
- Deep U.S. reimbursement knowledge, including specialty pharmacy models.
- Strong problem-solving; professional, urgent navigation of complex access issues.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; high emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.
- Self-starter with strong time management/organization.
- Valid driverβs license; extensive travel within territory.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, patient services, or related field.
- Field-based experience with SPs, HUBs, payers, and HCPs.
- Rare disease/endocrinology experience; familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways.
- Bilingual (depending on region).
Compensation
- Pay range: $154,000β$200,000.
