Responsibilities:
- Support patient access by assisting HCP offices with reimbursement processes (missing information, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and fulfillment through specialty pharmacies).
- Coordinate with the Corcept HUB to resolve patient case issues (delayed/cancelled/discontinued enrollments).
- Facilitate access by coordinating with specialty pharmacies, HUB case managers, payers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct in-services/educational sessions on the Corcept access pathway, patient support services, the HUB, and the Specialty Pharmacy network.
- Serve as territory access & reimbursement resource; keep stakeholders informed of evolving payer policies.
- Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists on account strategy; provide insights on access challenges/opportunities.
- Participate in territory/national calls; provide feedback on regional access trends and payer policy shifts.
- Manage territory via in-field and virtual engagement; analyze territory data and create action plans.
- Track/support patients from enrollment through fulfillment and therapy continuation.

Qualifications/Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement and specialty pharmacy distribution models.
- Strong problem-solving; professional, urgent navigation of complex access issues.
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and data analysis tools.
- Self-starter with strong organization/time management.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, patient services, or related field.
- Experience with SPs, HUBs, payers, and HCPs in a field-based role.
- Rare disease or endocrinology experience; familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways.
- Bilingual (depending on region).

Pay range: $154,000–$200,000.
