Responsibilities:
- Assist HCP offices with reimbursement processes (missing info, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals) and product fulfillment through specialty pharmacies (SPs).
- Work with the Corcept HUB to resolve patient case issues, including delayed/cancelled/discontinued enrollments.
- Coordinate with SPs, HUB case managers, payers, and stakeholders to facilitate patient access.
- Conduct in-services/educational sessions on the access pathway, patient support services, HUB, and Specialty Pharmacy network.
- Serve as the access and reimbursement resource for the territory; keep stakeholders informed of payer policy/access dynamics.
- Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists on account strategy; participate in territory/national team calls.
- Provide feedback on regional access trends, issues, and payer policy shifts.
- Balance in-field visits with virtual engagement and territory-level case management; analyze data to identify access barriers and create action plans.
- Track patients through enrollment, fulfillment, and therapy continuation.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement and specialty pharmacy distribution models.
- Strong problem-solving; ability to manage complex access issues with professionalism/urgency.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; emotional intelligence/adaptability.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools; self-starter with strong organization.
- Valid driverβs license; extensive territory travel.
- Bachelorβs degree; minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement/market access/patient services (or related).
- Experience with SPs, HUBs, payers, HCPs in field-based capacity; rare disease or endocrinology experience.
- Familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways; bilingual (depending on region).
Pay Range: $154,000β$200,000.
