Market Access
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Reimbursement/Access service offerings for Sanofi Vaccines across Health Systems, IDNs, and Medical Groups; engage key stakeholders with executive presence.
- Act as SME for Reimbursement/Access for the Sanofi Vaccines portfolio; be an expert in regional commercial landscape.
- Monitor marketplace for access/reimbursement issues affecting patient/provider access; identify threats/opportunities and adjust strategy.
- Synthesize field/team feedback to improve total market approach (including access strategies and field engagement).
- Adapt tools for a health system/medical group focus to meet customer reimbursement needs.
- Support Market Access/Reimbursement leadership with business opportunity analysis and cross-team process improvement/efficiency initiatives.
- Build compliant, positive relationships with key customer segments (internal/external, incl. Specialty and Regional Sales).
- Keep reimbursement/access team compliance current with quality control measures.
- Develop and deliver reimbursement-specific trainings for commercial operations teams (new hires, refreshers, ongoing projects, technical trainings).
- Meet program performance metrics and inform internal/external stakeholders.

About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Travel up to 50%.
- 5+ years in reimbursement-related function (vaccines a plus).
- Account management and health system navigation experience.
- Maintain compliance with applicable Sanofi policies and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Strong understanding of commercial payer reimbursement; financial/revenue cycle analysis.
- Ability to develop compliant reimbursement content and build/maintain customer relationships.
- Executive presence; collaborative across functions/geographies.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making; ability to synthesize data to inform strategy.
- Inclusive mindset; valid driverโ€™s license and safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/advanced degree.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge; Buy & Bill experience in vaccine space preferred.
- Executive-level engagement and people leadership.
- Cross-functional experience (e.g., Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Sales Ops, Managed Care, Marketing, Account Management).
- Project leadership/management experience.
