Field Reimbursement Associate Director โ€“ Florida (Field-based)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as patient access subject matter expert for all USOBU therapies in assigned geography.
- Educate healthcare professionals and practice staff on payer coverage, prior authorization, step edits, appeals processes, and reimbursement pathways across sites of care.
- Collaborate with USOBU Here2Assist HUB, Strategic Account Management, Sales, and Market Access to optimize patient access and customer experience.
- Identify, triage, and escalate patient access issues to drive timely resolution with internal/external stakeholders.
- Liaise with USOBU Here2Assist HUB to update providers on Rx status, program eligibility, and patient support options.
- Develop strategies to meet access needs for targeted customers.
- Support onboarding new accounts by assessing workflows, identifying reimbursement challenges, and sharing appropriate resources.
- Monitor and communicate payer landscape changes and oncology access trends.
- Maintain expertise in oncology reimbursement (Medicare Part B/D, commercial payers, state Medicaid).
- Document field activities in CRM systems per compliance and company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years in biotech/pharma, including 4+ years patient access or relevant oncology reimbursement.
- 2+ years โ€œbuy and billโ€.
- Demonstrated experience with buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, and HUB services.
- Launch experience in oncology (oral and injectable) highly preferred.
- Build credibility/trust via effective cross-functional partnership.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Reside in FL or near the designated area; valid driverโ€™s license; travel 50โ€“75%.
