About the Role
Manages and optimizes field reimbursement systems, ensuring accurate data management, vendor coordination, and comprehensive support to field teams.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Manage specialty pharmacy source data and business rules for field reporting.
- Oversee timely and accurate delivery of Field Reimbursement data into tools; lead projects for field-facing reimbursement systems.
- Review and ensure relevancy of data and reports; provide ad-hoc reports for stakeholders and field users.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives on time and within budget; resolve data inquiries.
- Develop and deliver training for field reimbursement systems; oversee integration of industry tools for field team use.
- Use business intelligence platforms to analyze data and build dashboards/reports for decision-making.
- Provide data education support to team members and stakeholders.
- Partner with the Data Management team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Field Reimbursement data.
- Manage vendor relationships and lead related field-facing reimbursement system projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in IT, Business, or relevant field AND 6+ yearsโ experience with specialty pharmacy data/processes and sales analytics/operations in biotech/pharma; OR Masterโs degree AND 4+ years similar experience.
- Strong expertise in specialty pharmacy processes/data.
- Experience with HUB processes.
- Proven experience managing field reimbursement systems in neuro/psych fields.
- Proven ability to develop/implement field reporting tools; knowledge of best practices.
- Ability to build comprehensive reports for sales teams and regional managers.
- In-depth knowledge of field reporting methodologies and data visualization.
- Excellent computer skills; excellent communications, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines; strong project management.
