Role: Field Medical Outcomes professional focused on informing customer decision-making and enhancing population health through real-world data analytics, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, and outcomes research. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies for targeted healthcare professionals and organizations, including payers, integrated delivery systems, and specialty pharmacies; provide scientific and economic information on Pfizer medicines; collaborate on non-interventional studies and health information technology initiatives; communicate complex clinical data effectively across multiple channels; maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and Pfizer products; engage with healthcare decision-makers and stakeholder groups; and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health sciences required; 8+ years’ relevant experience, preferably with managed care, health economics, or clinical management; advanced degrees (PharmD, PhD) preferred; strong expertise in health data analysis, outcomes research, and healthcare workflows. Skills: excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities; proficiency in health informatics, data analytics, and clinical informatics tools; experience with claims data, EHR systems, and HIT solutions is advantageous. Travel: 40-50%, including overnight and regional travel, with proximity to major airports. Environment: based in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Colorado, or Wyoming; remote work possible. The role emphasizes strategic collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and optimize healthcare delivery through evidence-based insights.
