Role: Field Medical Outcomes professional responsible for informing customer decision-making and improving population health through real-world data analysis, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, outcomes research, and medical presentations. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical account plans within assigned territories, provide scientific and economic information on Pfizer medicines, collaborate with healthcare decision-makers (including payers, integrated delivery systems, and specialty pharmacies), facilitate research projects, and support health information technology initiatives. Maintain expertise in therapeutic areas, communicate complex scientific data, and ensure compliance with regulations. Engage with external stakeholders via presentations, scientific discussions, and collaborative projects to enhance patient care quality and population health management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health sciences required; 8+ years relevant experience, with advanced degrees (PharmD, PhD) preferred. Proven experience in managed care, health economics, outcomes research, or related fields, with strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
