Field Medical Outcomes, Director, MD

Role: Field Medical Outcomes professional tasked with informing customer decision-making and enhancing population health through real-world data analytics, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and outcomes evaluations within designated therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies and engagement plans for healthcare decision-makers, deliver scientific communication through presentations and written content, collaborate on non-interventional studies, and facilitate Pfizer-sponsored research. Maintain expertise in relevant disease states and Pfizer medicines, support health information technology initiatives, and provide medical content to payers, specialty pharmacies, and healthcare organizations. Ensure compliance with regulations, prioritize customer needs, and serve as a resource for medical information and customer insights. Qualifications: MD or DO with 4+ years relevant experience in clinical, formulary, managed care, or HEOR fields; strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience with healthcare data and health IT preferred. High-value specifics: focus on integrated healthcare organizations, payers, specialty pharmacies; involvement in real-world evidence, health informatics, and non-interventional studies; travel 40-50% across specified US territories. Work setup: location in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming; predominantly field-based with significant travel. Education: Bachelor's degree in health science required.
