Field Medical Outcomes, Director, MD

Role: Field Medical Outcomes specialist focused on informing customer decision-making and enhancing population health through real-world data analytics, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and outcomes evaluations within the therapeutic areas relevant to Pfizer. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical account strategies, deliver scientific communication via various channels, collaborate with healthcare providers, payers, and specialty pharmacies, facilitate research projects, and provide disease area expertise. Ensure compliance and develop customer-specific outcomes tools to improve patient care and close quality gaps. Maintain knowledge of relevant disease states and Pfizer medicines, support health IT initiatives, and serve as a scientific resource for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: MD or DO with 4+ years clinical or managed care experience, strong communication skills, demonstrated leadership, and experience working with payers or healthcare organizations. Preferred: background in health data analytics, clinical informatics, or HIT, along with prior field-based medical roles, residency, or fellowship.
