Field Medical Outcomes Director, Internal Medicine

Role: Field Medical Outcomes specialist focusing on real-world data analytics, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and outcomes evaluations to inform customer decision-making and enhance population health within Pfizer's therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategies for designated customers, providing scientific communication across channels, facilitating collaborative projects, and supporting health information technology (HIT) initiatives to optimize patient care. Engage with healthcare decision makers, respond to medical inquiries, and contribute to medical content strategy and educational programs. Maintain expertise in disease states, Pfizer medicines, and health data analytics, while fostering internal and external collaborations. Qualifications: Bachelor's in health sciences required; 8+ years' experience in clinical, formulary, managed care, HEOR, or data analytics; advanced degrees such as PharmD or PhD preferred. Skills include strong communication, scientific expertise, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and HIT experience.
