Field Medical Excellence — Enterprise CF Systems & Enablement

Role: Lead enterprise-wide Field Medical Excellence (FME) systems & enablement efforts, focusing on scaling customer-facing medical technology and digital tools across US and International markets. Responsibilities include guiding the deployment, governance, and adoption of platforms such as OneMed, InsightXplorer, CLM, Medical Scout, and KPI frameworks; managing the transition from OneMed to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud; supporting early pipeline systems and clinical development needs; partnering on content and communication metrics; leading Medical Scout program initiatives; and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with medical, digital, legal, and global teams, designing scalable processes, and change management to drive user adoption and optimize workflows. It requires managing data integrity, platform support, and stakeholder engagement globally. Qualifications include a health or life sciences bachelor’s degree, with preference for PharmD, MD, or PhD; 8+ years of experience in field medical operations, digital transformation, or enterprise systems deployment; and prior experience with CRM/CFC platforms, AI applications in healthcare, and cross-market projects. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Travel of 25-35% is expected for field visits, workshops, and leadership meetings, with flexibility for international time zones. The position can be remote in the US, based in New York, NY.
