Field Medical Excellence — Enterprise CF Systems & Enablement

Role: Lead enterprise-level Field Medical Excellence (FME) systems and digital enablement strategies across US and international markets within Pfizer's Oncology division. Responsibilities: oversee deployment, adoption, and governance of key medical platforms such as OneMed, InsightXplorer, CLM, and Medical Scout; manage the transition from OneMed to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, ensuring seamless data migration, user adoption, and ongoing support; support early pipeline activities by integrating systems and AI tools; lead Medical Scout program and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive system alignment, process scalability, and compliance. Qualifications: minimum 8+ years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in field medical operations, digital transformation, or CRM system deployment; advanced knowledge of enterprise analytics, AI applications, and regulatory compliance in a pharma context; bachelor’s degree required, PharmD/PhD/MD preferred.
