Objectives include establishing Axogen’s nerve repair algorithm as standard of care by engaging KOLs, executing market development initiatives, and fostering advocacy. Responsibilities encompass developing strategic relationships with influential clinical leaders, providing education and training, collaborating on marketing and research initiatives, and supporting sales activation through best practice sharing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred), 8+ years in sales, marketing, or market development in H&N/ENT or OMF, with proven success in therapy commercialization and KOL engagement. Skills in stakeholder management, reimbursement, coding, provider economics, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. High-value specifics include a focus on nerve repair therapies in high-potential academic centers, with a travel requirement of up to 70%. Location: Boston, New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Baltimore. Compensation: ~$193K - $228K total target package, including base salary, bonus, and incentives.
