Field Market Development Manager, OMF / Head & Neck - Northeast (MA, NY, NJ, PA, MD)

Role: Field Market Development Manager responsible for driving market expansion and adoption of Axogen’s nerve repair solutions in the H&N/OMF sectors. Main objectives include establishing Axogen as the standard-of-care by developing key opinion leader (KOL) relationships, executing strategic initiatives, and promoting therapy awareness. Responsibilities encompass engaging influential KOLs, collaborating with clinical education and sales teams, executing targeted marketing programs, and providing market insights to inform product strategies. The role also involves supporting reimbursement and health economics efforts, and training the sales force to accelerate customer adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or related field), 8+ years of experience in sales or market development within H&N/ENT or OMF, with proven success in therapy commercialization and KOL engagement. Proficiency in stakeholder management, reimbursement, coding, and provider economics is essential. Preferred qualifications include an MBA and existing strong KOL networks. High-value specifics: Focus on nerve repair in H&N and OMF procedures, targeting academic medical centers and surgical practices, with up to 70% travel. The position is based in Boston, New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Baltimore. Compensation ranges from ~$141K to $228K, including base salary, bonus, and incentives.
