Field Market Development Manager, OMF / Head & Neck - Northeast (MA, NY, NJ, PA, MD)

Role: Field Market Development Manager for Axogen’s OMF/H&N business, focusing on establishing nerve repair therapies as the standard of care in targeted academic medical centers. Responsibilities: develop strategic relationships with KOLs, execute market development programs, collaborate on educational initiatives, and support sales activation; work cross-functionally with marketing, HEOR, and sales teams; provide market insights for product positioning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related preferred), 8+ years in sales, marketing, or market development within H&N/ENT or OMF; strong KOL network; experience in therapy commercialization and market penetration strategies; proficient stakeholder management, reimbursement, and provider economics. Preferred: MBA and established KOL relationships.
