Field Market Development Manager, OMF / Head & Neck - Northeast (MA, NY, NJ, PA, MD)

Role: Field Market Development Manager focused on Axogen’s nerve repair technologies within the OMF/H&N sectors. Objectives: to develop and execute strategic initiatives that position Axogen as the standard of care through relationships with top KOLs and clinical centers. Responsibilities: identify and foster relationships with influential KOLs, implement market development programs, collaborate on surgeon education and training, support research collaborations, and drive adoption through targeted marketing and sales strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or related field), 8+ years in sales, marketing, or market development in H&N/ENT or OMF, proven success in therapy adoption and KOL engagement, proficiency in stakeholder management, reimbursement, coding, and provider economics. Preferred: MBA, established KOL network, experience with new therapy commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. High-Value: focus on nerve repair in high-potential oral maxillofacial and head & neck procedures, extensive travel (~70%), work based in Boston, NYC, New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Baltimore. This role is integral to expanding Axogen’s footprint and establishing nerve repair as a standard treatment option.
